A Portrait of Los Angeles participation form
A Portrait of Los Angeles; a photo book. When I think about LA, I think about how big it is; it's not a typical city at all; there isn’t really a standard central area. Los Angeles has many different neighborhoods which were formed based on sociological and anthropological reasons but have since developed and grown into each other over the past 100 years creating what we now call the Greater Los Angeles Area. Cultures and ways of life have mixed to create unique areas of the city that you can't find anywhere else in the United States. LA is simply unique and I want to show it.
The goal of A Portrait of Los Angeles is to show how unique every area of the city is through it's people, their homes, their pets, and some of the items they treasure. Each individual will represent their neighborhood in photographs and will be interviewed to better understand them as well as the place they live.
If you're interested in volunteering for this project please fill out the form to the left and I will contact you at my earliest convenience.
